Extremely racist against the employment of African Americans. If you are a man of color, you will not last. The level of intimidation is almost tangible. The high level of indoctrination is displayed through inflated egos of the white supremacists in this organization. If they don't like you, you will be terminated. If you curb to the status quo, then you may be successful. This gives credence to the saying, a black man must work twice as hard to move forward. Update: in reference to the individual who left the rebuttal to my review. The entire time of my duration at that organization, not once did I ever see a man of color in ANY position of power. After exhausting all remedies by calling the Local 68 located in Houston I was ultimately told that there was nothing that could be done and never a formal meeting to defend myself. This should've been documented by the receptionist. I know for a fact the VP is not a black man and am willing to challenge the rebuttal. If you were a black man of color, then the level of commitment and communication is below minimal. I guess letting one slip through the cracks is all good? Even the students were fearful of bloated egos as I've actually worked for the company.
