Bought a home, has some plumbing issues; thank goodness for home warranties. Submitted a claim late Saturday night for a plumber to come out. Monday morning before 8am someone from The Lindsay Company called. A plumber was at my house by 9am, issues fixed by 10am. The woman who called was very friendly, added a couple items onto my ticket that I couldn't do online through American Home Shield's site. The plumber, Chad, was very polite, efficient and fixed everything without issue. Would recommend.

This company just ripped us off. They came into our home through our home insurance American Home Shield. Spent all of 3 minutes at the MOST looking at our broken faucet. honestly I don’t even think it was that long and then proceeded to falsely report (lied) to our insurance company that it was “intentionally broken”, that my wife told the technician that she broke it!! that is completely false. We will be reporting our experience to The Better Business Bureau. Also, no one would ever intentionally break their kitchen faucet . Especially in something the user uses every day. Think twice before you report such ridiculous information to Americans Home Shield. We will not be taking this lightly. Future clients.. save your time and money and use a different company.

Professional and courteous service! Used them with AHS (American Home Shield) They called the next morning right when they opened. Arrived within the appointment window. Mark (plumber) arrived quick, got to work, and fixed our issue within 30 minutes! Checked our faucets and toilets to make sure he wasn't missing anything! I have made them my preferred plumbing company with my AHS warranty!

This company just ripped us off. They came into our home. Spent all of 3 minutes at the MOST looking at our broken toilet... honestly I don’t even think it was that long and then proceeded to falsely report to our insurance company that it was “intentionally broken”. They are also asking for 75 dollars for their trip to “diagnose the problem” RIDICULOUS. We will be reporting our experience to The Better Business Bureau. Also, no one would ever intentionally break a toilet on the second floor of a home. Especially in a bedroom where the issue could have resulted in serious flooding into the home. I am also now without a restroom and have to share with family members. What would be someones motivation to break a toilet?? Think twice before you report such ridiculous information to Americans Home Shield. We will not be taking this lightly. Future clients.. save your time and money and use a different company.

AHS warranty compay assigned Lindsay plumbing to repair sink. I had a urgent appointment that day. When I got a call from a plumber he will arrive in 20 minutes, I asked if he could come later that day or rearrange the appointment. He said that office would call me again to make a appointment. I waited all day but didn't get a call back. When I called the office the next day, they already closed the case and reporedt the warranty company that I didn't show up when plumbers arrived at my place. AHS charged me $75. They lied to warranty company. They gave me wrong information so I didn't have chance to correct it. If the plumber told me he couldn't arrange the appointment or the office called me to inform that fact, I could decide to what appointment put first.
