If I could give 0 stars, I would. We called this company Saturday to fix our water, and they said they would have someone out on Sunday between 1-3 pm. However, no one came. So we called back close to 3pm and they said that the technician was running late and should be there in 45 min. No one showed up. We called again around 5 pm, and they said they didn't realize that the technician had the day off. How dumb is the company if you don't know who is working or not? This is so unprofessional.. If you need service fast, do not rely on them. Here is my reply to the owner: I do live in Pearland and they had my number. We did not have a plumber in 45 min and no one called to let us know that no one was coming. My husband had to call the plumber because no one called. The problem has been fixed with another company that communicated well and delivered on their promise.

He explained everything to me no matter what question I asked. The price they quote is what you pay. The plumber work was masterful. Awesome !

Called Plumbing Service Pearland at 7:50 am this morning to schedule a same day service. I asked them if they would be able to get a tech out today. The company assured me that someone would be out to my home between the times of 9am to 11am. NO ONE SHOWED. At 11am, I called the company to get an ETA on their tech. I was told someone would be reaching out to the assigned tech, to get an exact time of arrival. I never received a return phone call. I then called Plumbing Service Pearland AGAIN, around 12pm, to find out why no one ever showed. They proceed to lie and state that someone called me to reschedule. I was then hung up on because they felt I was being loud. YOU THINK! There was no call or voicemail received from this company. I called back only to be placed hold, claiming they were reaching out the tech. They then lied again and stated that the tech was not answering his phone. I was told they would call me back once they talked to him. NO CALL. If you were overbooked or could not send someone to my home, I would have appreciated the honesty of turning my request down. I would have also appreciated an actual call, any call. OF COURSE I WAS UPSET! I rescheduled my entire day based on this company's word that someone would be at home, at the scheduled time they gave me.

Emergency plumbers are hard to come by sometimes, and it’s something that I really need to take seriously. When my leaks were getting the best of me, I was able to call your plumbers and get the help that I ever so desperately needed. Thanks, guys!

Called and the woman working the phones is a piece of s**t! She had an attitude from the jump, and all I did was literally ask a simple question. Talked like she didn't want to be there.
