Thank you!

Thank you, Pendyk Plumbing for doing an amazing job with my kitchen. I had a leak that they fixed and then I had them install an updated faucet. From the phone call to finished product, very professional, on time, and felt comfortable having them in my home being a single mom! Will def use again!

Plumber is beyond unprofessional I was very upset with the phone call I received. This plumber was late on responding to me within 24 hours which is part of his contract with American Home Shield. I wrote him an e-mail telling him he needed to contact me or I was going to report him and what I got in return was a call at 7 AM with him yelling at me and then he hung up. What kind of professional does that?!?!?

Unprofessional and incompetent. Ted repaired our tub spout by forcefully shoving it on the piping. This obviously failed within two weeks time leaving extensive water damage in it's path. When he came back out to assess the situation, he claimed he was not responsible for the water damage and danced around the argument. He stated if I wanted anything from him I need to take it up with his insurance, which he would not provide. He has avoided multiple attempts to contact him and still has not provide any insurance information. I'd steer far clear of this company because if something goes awry, you can bet that Ted will not accept responsibility.

We've used Pendyk Plumbing exclusively for years. We cannot say enough about how professional and thorough the company is. The job is always done right the first time.

Horrible experience - felt ripped off. My home warranty company sent Pendyk to check my hot water heater, which they determined needed to be replaced. In addition to charging the standard $75 for the service call to fix any problems, Pendyk charged another $125 just to connect the replacement unit. Does installation not include connection? They were totally misleading upfront, implying that pipes would need to be re-routed; however, they used flex pipe (not copper), which required nothing additional to connect the new unit. In fact, flex pipe made it easier for them. Pendyk seems to prey on the uninformed in desperate situations - not knowing what is involved with installation after being without hot water for a few days. To make matters worse, the left the job with the new unit not working, saying I needed an electrician, which makes me wonder if replacement was even necessary.
