The guys at the counter are extremely helpful. If they don't have the part, they'll send you to who does. That is just great customer service.

Beautiful showroom! Lots of options to choose from. Loved working with Teresa the showroom consultant. She went beyond for someone who showed up 10 mins before closing. Only complaint is that although yes, we arrived alittle before closing time but we own a business and we would never begin to close up while there are customers looking at products. Another thing when customers walk-in, first impression is everything...wasn’t welcomed in while there were two girls at the front desk chatting. After WE said hello, she came forward and helped us! Very nice girl. Other than that, they have great products and look for Teresa to help you out.

Notorious for screwing up orders, charging you for the wrong part because they dont know the codes for the parts which makes returns almost impossible. Only concerned about their profits and general public image more worried about the next customer sale walking in the door than the one in front of them removed amenities but went up in price and down on service I now shop elsewhere as I was told I'm not welcome at any richmond location due to my over complaining hence the reason why they have no customer feedback -p.r department - complaint.
