I can not say enough good things about this company. I was in a real bind and needed some gas pipes replaced. They came out the same day, Paul the plumber was professional and did a fantastic job. They earned a new loyal customer today.

Fosters put in a brand new 2 unit system for me for HVAC and also provided all of the plumbing in my new construction home! The recommendations they gave for everything was spot on and the installation was extremely clean and neat! I wanted efficiency for the size house that I had and was overwhelmed with joy when I got the first electric bill! I would highly recommend anyone to give Fosters a call for plumbing or HVAC work.

Technician came to my house, I was at work so I left keys out, and did his diagnosis which revealed his solution; clean the blades and take out a pound of Freon(R22) because there was too much in the unit. 3 days later, nothing has changed so I call Foster's and ask what will happen next, what sort of guarantee do I have since someone just came out. The answer was none, he would come out again and I would need to pay for whatever services were performed. I was irritated so I called someone else. When this other company came out, they told me the problem was that the unit was low on Freon and the caps had been left off which probably allowed some coolant to escape. He ended up putting 1.5 pounds of coolant back in the unit and it has been running great ever since. I don't like to jump to conclusions but I don't feel I was treated fairly at all; I also spent a lot of money which is frustrating.

We called Foster P&H to fix a tub diverter handle. 2 others had come and failed to fix it. Tim was AWESOME. So patient and was very methodical about figuring out the problem. I was also very impressed with the Foster team. With Facetime we were able to have another person look at the problem, call Delta directly and figure out the problem within minutes. And even when the main problem was addressed and the handle "worked," Tim could tell it wasn't QUITE right and was determined to get it right. Through some additional troubleshooting, he was able to fix the problem 100% They were awesome. So impressed!

I've got so say they do shoddy work. Our house is three and a half years old and they did the initial plumbing install. I noticed a wet spot in my ceiling and opened it up, to find the straight joint between two pieces of 2" waste PVC pipe was leaking which I had to repair at my own expense. That is just ridiculous - if the pipes had been joined properly in the first place, this would have lasted for decades. As it is, I have an entire house full of pipes I can now expect to fail prematurely due to shoddy workmanship.
