This is the best course anywhere near Calgary when you consider the scenery and the condition it is kept. The staff is great and the prices reasonable. A very short drive from Calgary makes it easily a good option for any Calgary course. My son and I make it our go to course every week. Hopefully family passes are in its future.

My hope is that this review highlights a major issue with the attitude of this course's management, in the hopes that they can improve so that the whole facility can deserve the rating that the physical course deserves: Quaint little golf course. I really enjoyed the round and golfing with the regulars that we were placed with. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the righteous and indignant staff. In the process of returning our kart my friend and I were berated and belittled by a gold course employee for not noticing a sign pointing towards the kart return area. She pointed out where the kart should have been parked, and initially I genuinely felt bad for not noticing. My friend, in a happy and jocular manner, suggested that we might be able to leave the kart where we were (where we initially took possession of it, "Isn't this ok? We are already in reverse and half backed in?"). This is when the snarky tone and disrespect towards me and my friend started, and my experience was marred. After the barrage from the employee concluded I drove the kart to the far corner of the kart return area and "aggressively parked it" (I admit I was frustrated with how we had been treated, I used the break in a embittered fashion). At this moment I exclaimed to my friend "I really didn't appreciate that". There was absolutely no abuse towards employees from either my friend or me. I feel that the only issue is that we might have POTENTIALLY inconvenienced an employee, who would have needed to drive a kart less than 50 yards from where we wanted to park it, to the "designated kart drop off area". I again stress, we did in the end do this formidable task for the employee that provided us with such outstanding customer service and vibrato. The major issue arose when someone representing the course, who didn't identify themselves, other than buy name, had the tenacity to phone us on our way home to inform us that our "altercation with their employees and our behavior was unacceptable and unwelcome at their course". Both my friend and I will not be returning and will not recommend this course to any of our friends or cohorts, many who are avid golfers.

Great Scenic Golf Course. Greens are Top Notch. Friendly Staff. If they sold family memberships there I would definately get one. I don't think the passes are much of a deal at all because I golf with my boys. Based on Adult prices and I think it's actually cheaper for juniors to pay as you go. They could use a Course Marshall when busy to monitor game pace and back ups. I am not knocking walkers at all, but it is a bit of a hike between some of the holes and causes delays when busy if you get stuck behind them. ( even with 10 minute tee time spacing). Love Livingstone Golf and can't wait to come back as it is one of our most golfed courses over the last two summers.

Nice scenery , affordable and really quite. The folks over there are very helpful and had an excellent experience. I can't wait to visit it again this season.
