Terrible customer service, not helpful, just want the sale. Went to be fit and was basically blown off and the "pro" talked about how good he was. Waste of time, won't return to this golftown.

Went in looking for a new set of clubs and bag and found what I liked but didn’t know much about the clubs. During the time i was in store not 1 staff member approached or even acknowledged me while I was there. Thats poor customer services especially when people are going to drop hundreds of dollars at your store. Save your time and money because they don’t appreciate their customers.

i've been to 4 golf towns in 3 other provinces and this place in victoria is awful, i would fire 75% of the staff. selection is poor, and there is no one to sell it. salesman actually talked me out of buying a golf bag, and the other guy didnt come back see how i was doing with buying a set of clubs, he decided to shoot the breeze with his buddy over by the shoes. up at the till the man was nice, definitley in a better league than the people on the floor. shop on line
