Nice property and location. Older style rooms in some of the options but a good winter resort escape and convenient to access to ski hill and hot springs. You also get access to the spa’s private hot springs pool which is less busy as it’s only for hotel and spa guests. Good selection of local beers at the pub and live music on busy nights, good food and atmosphere. Bathrobes provides in the rooms and some rooms have walkout access to the ‘backyard’ which is a short walk to the hot springs pools

Not to be missed! I have been coming here my whole life, the pool is huge and versatile... giant hot pool which is actually hot!! Wading area, large dive tank, (the high diving board has been removed since I was a kid 😣) and swimming lanes are easy to supervise from the hot pool. The lifeguards appear to be on point and well trained, as a kid I remember visiting the first aid station. Not a terrible experience... (It's nice to have some extra eyes on the kid) Tonnes of fun for the whole family! The change rooms are spacious with plenty of large $1.00 lockers for your possessions. All in a very well maintained and clean facility. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the original hot spring buildings, (still operational for the brave) are very interesting and cool to see. The views from the new(ish) wedding pavilion are unrivalled in that valley and worth the easy walk up from the parking lot. The pool complex cafeteria is a bummer... in the evening at least... The great memories here go back generations in my family and I am always thrilled to go back. (Parking can be very hard to find in the busier months)

Stayed in a Juniper Lodge kitchenette suite. Suite was clean, but is fairly old and is really in need of an update. Beds were quite comfortable though and has a modern TV. Ate at one restaurant in the main hotel - Mountain Flowers -. Service was quick and efficient. Food was OK. They have a kids menu. Of course the main attraction here is the pools. They were hot, as always! There's something quite fun about sitting in hot water while it snows outside... Also tried the tube park at the ski hill. This was a lot of fun - I wish they had a longer track. The ride only lasts 10s or so and if the lift is backed up you wait a bit between rides.

Very nice hot springs. Family friendly and clean. The pools are in the middle of breathtaking views of mountains all around. Wonderful and very friendly staff. This place has become a family tradition every spring!

We come here every year usually around spring break, and we always have a great time with our two young children. There's always a ton of changes going on which is exciting because you can tell the ownership is dedicated towards making things better well at the same time they are improving and maintaining the facilities. I would have to imagine that there is a ton of difficulty in acquiring and retaining good quality staff as that would be my only complaint about the dozens of times that I have frequent this place. While at the same time I mentioned some of the inadequate service that we had received I will note that there is always a few gems throughout the experience that keep us happy and coming back. It's also worth noting that it might be tough to acquire some of the talent that you would get in a bigger resort area, that said, the diamonds of staff that we have had here are truly happy and fully engaged in making your experience here memorable and exciting which always outweighs the few staff members who were probably just 'passing through'!!
