Terrible place. I went in looking for new clubs and asked to demo some irons in the simulator. Not 5 minutes past and I was told to wrap it up in the next couple minutes as there was another customers waiting to use the simulator. This other customer looked to be spending some bigger dollars than I was so obviously I was bumped in favour of the larger and probably easier sell. If you don't fit in with the "big spending crowd" then don't expect any decent service. I will be buying from a club shop or modern golf.

Nice golf shop well set up especially focused on the affluent golfer with higher end clubs. Has clothing accessories a small putting green to tempt you to buy a new putter and a driving simulator with real time graphics and simulated golf range. Well worth spending time here if you are a good fan.

Went to the website and prompted to sign up for a discount with the promo code. Visited the store on the same day and asked if I could use the promo code for the discount captured from my phone. The cashier said that I would have to print it out with a physical piece of paper in order to honour the discount. I asked why and who set these rules as these days people would go paperless, she said that the store manager set these rules. Wow...

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I went in last night and got 2 polos and a skirt. When I checked out, one girl helped me pay and another girl put everything in the bag. After I paid, they were not even bothered to handle the bag to me. I waited a bit and then literally had to walk pass the computer desk and grab my bag from the back counter. What kind of customer service was that????!!!!!

Nice to see Golf Town Regional Manager Dax Brewster posting about one of his stores. I see all the positives come from staff. Reeks of pathetic. Better options at Modern Golf. This store has gone way down hill with golf knowledge and trained staff. Such a shame.
