One of the employees named Ryan was the nicest sales person I've ever met. He helped me find the best driver for me and for the best price. I would definitely recommend coming here to get golf equipment.

Decent service. The last time I was in a golf store it was in the states, at the PGA store in Scottsdale, Arizona. The service at the PGA store was miles better. The service at Golf Town was still decent. It was disappointing that the machine didn't register the majority of shots. Got a good deal on a set of Taylormade M2 irons, but purchased them online because the store only had the floor demo day set left. They wouldn't provide any sort of discount, so I decided to purchase them online for a brand new set for the same price.

Assistant Manager Gord got extremely defensive when I asked if they would price match a Bushnell Rangefinder that Costco had for $80 less. His excuse was because it was an online price, they weren’t obligated to match the price. When I questioned where that stipulation was posted, he basically started yelling at me at the front counter. Disaapointing considering I spent over $600 on a new driver there 2 weeks ago and $300 on apparel the following week. Employees don’t seem to be to concerned with customer service as my daughter and I were ignored for a good 20 mins before I could even speak to anyone and it was not overly busy. Golf Town: give me a shout and we can discuss further if you care about your consumers. Otherwise this post can stay right here as a buyer beware.

I found an ad from Sportcheck for Taylormade M1 irons for $611 dollars. Having been a long time customer of Golftown, I phoned them and asked if the price match local competitors. The salesperson told me they did and I told him of the ad and the price. He put me on hold and checked with his manager. When he got back on the phone he told me they would match as long as I can prove the competitors price with an ad. He also confirmed they had the set I wanted. I then drove there and showed the ad to a salesperson who confirmed it. He then came back after speaking with someone else and told me the price was too good and they would not honor the price match. When I complained they didn't seem to care. Got to love a company that advertises price matching, but fails to honor it when they feel it's too low. Poor ethics, poor customer relations. I will be buying from their competitors from now on.

The staff were able to accommodate a quick repair when I needed it in a hurry. Very good service.
