After 3yrs membership with Rec Plex, staff removed items out of my “locked” locker and items were stolen. I was handed my toiletries in a garbage bag from the Manager. He then stated that my items were possibly donated & that I was called. I had not received a call or a message. When I asked what number they called he couldn’t find me in their systems nor could He find my paperwork. I wanted to discontinue my membership & was told by the manager to cancel it at my bank. The Manager (Mark) was rude & did not offer an apology. He acted as though It was an inconvenience. I called their financial department myself to cancel my membership. After 3yrs I’m saddened by lack of care & customer service.

Great little bowling center, should always have one public lane avalible. Almost got turned away at the door but made room during league play. For public go on weekends not during week.
