Always courteous, knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you out. Great reward program as well.

I have been a customer of Golf & Ski Warehouse for many years. When I was ready to make a major purchase of new irons, and driver, they are who I thought of first. Everything was fine with those purchases, until today. During a golf league outing yesterday, my driver broke when I hit a tee shot - with the head flying into the water. I immediately called the manufacturer from the course and he told me it "shouldn't be a big deal, contact the retailer (Golf & Ski)". I went to Golf & Ski today with the broken shaft, and was told, very abruptly, by Adam (Asst. Manager) that there was nothing they could do. He didn't offer to contact the company, talk to a representative, offer to help me purchase a new driver, let alone offer a discount. This purchase was made less than a year & a half ago (Feb 2016) at the NH Golf Expo. Clearly, there was something defective with the club. I am truly disappointed as both a golfer & a skier, and will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

The facility is big so I am giving it 2 stars. However their staff NEVER asked if we needed any help or even talked to us until we were ready to check out. It did have a smell to it but I'm not sure what it was. One of my major issues is on the driving range they have a beautiful display of huge flags from other nations but not one American Flag. So my husband being a Veteran was very upset. We made it our mission to see if there was an American Flag anywhere. As we were leaving we saw that when you pull into the facility they have a small American Flag tucked away on the flag pole which is VERY hard to see. If you don't look behind the trees then you probably will not see it. It was very upsetting to see such a small flag compared to the beautiful display that they have on their driving range. I do not think that we will be spending any more time or money at their facility.

Very helpful staff. No pressure to buy the clubs that I tried out. Prices were competitive (No sales tax in NH is nice too). Really nice driving range. Thinking of going back for some tune up lessons
