Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I started off looking for hockey gear for my son, Tyler helped me out he was great even when though it was super busy he told me everything I needed to know:) thank you tyler! Abby helped me with clothing and she too was great, I never knew there was a difference between water repellent and water resistant but she explained it to me.Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.. Since even the cashier helped me out with getting a water bottle .. didn’t catch her name sadly. Everyone who helped me was amazing, they knew their stuff and we’re eager to help. I will be back for more!

I was into the store on Friday evening ,my husband has Parkinson,s disease and tries to walk every day , I was looking for a water bottle with a belt (not sure what it was called ) a young lady Claire helped me and knew exactly what I was looking for ,she was VERY helpful and we chatted and joked around a bit ,she was GREAT ,my hat off to you Claire ,all the stores should have more employees like you , very personable and very much a people's person , thank-you so much , you are super , thanks again

Lots of awesome deals on all you sporting needs! If you need new skates or a new winter jacket this place has it all! Just bought myself a new pair of puma pants from here and I'm in love! Super comfy the people helped me find my perfect size and everything!

We were well treated. We got the boot we wanted for my son and he liked it. The price wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be.

A blonde girl named Abby helped me so well. As soon as I walked into the store she greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed anything, I told her I was going to tackle skiing for the first time. Unfortunately they didn’t have many ski jackets left so she did an online order for me and I got to pay inside the store! She also told me about base layers and I never even heard of such a thing, she picked out one and explained them all very well and helped me with all my questions. She is an amazing young lady, thankyou for the wonderful experience! It’s not too often you have people who help you as much as she did, not pushy or trying to make a sale simply telling me what I need and why! Wish the cashier was as nice...
