We've had a wonderful experience dealing with Luke on our next stage in life. We were looking for specific amenities and location for our move to Nova Scotia. When we made contact with Luke several months back in 2023 it was easy and he was prompt with online communication. We than travelled to Nova Scotia to view the apartment and Luke did a wonderful job in showing us the amenities and the features offered in the building. All communication was excellent and he was professional in all matters. We are looking forward to moving to Nova Scotia and into our new apartment and would recommend Luke to anyone. Thank you Luke for making our next stage in life alot easier.

They have a condo board for some properties off Voyager Way, the board is made up of the owner and his brother. They do not respond to inquiries, they do not maintain their private roads but expect the monthly condo fees to be paid. Nothing but negative experiences with this group, they have ignored safety concerns due to lack of maintenance on their roads. They do not have the decency to return calls or emails, avoid at all costs. 1 star is too high of a rating.

Our experience dealing with Luke was excellent! He was always available and helped in a tight situation. He is always professional and made a stressful situation less stressful. Thank you Luke I definitely have to add that Linda, the Superintendent at our building was/is the most accommodating and pleasant professional person we’ve dealt with. Made our transition easy and a great experience! Thanks Linda!

Our experience with Luke Allen at Gulf United has been all positive from our first contact to view Palfrey to our most recent request to go in for measures. Every email was responded to quickly and efficiently. He is a keeper. Very professional in all aspects and in my humble opinion, is worthy of a promotion. The apartment is looking very nice and we are looking forward to moving moving into our new home

Our leasing agent Luke Allen was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very educated on both the building and surrounding community and instilled confidence in us from the start. He responded to my initial message within minutes and was able to get us in for a viewing that same day. The attention he paid to detail while expediting the transaction was invaluable as we were under the gun to find a place. The application process was seamless from front to back and Luke made it headache free. I would absolutely work with Luke again and recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
