I was looking for a part thatwas marked as clearance on the website. Online inventories can be incorrect and it only showed a quantity of two in stock so I called in advance to ensure they were physically available in the store. The sales associate who answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful to track down the physical parts in the store for me and put them aside for me to come pick up later. When I did pick them up later that day, a bike mechanic was able to answer further questions such that I was comfortable with my purchase.

I found the staff very willing to help ,unfortunately everything is so expensive I didn't buy anything ! There is a great selection of merchandise from ice skates and bicycles to team wear and sunglasses . I guess it would be a great store for people who are not as cheap as I am.

Left in tears. Worst customer service experience ever. No greeting upon entering, fine; not every company values that, just an observation. I found the shoes at the back of the store and saw two sales associates each helping customers. I looked around waiting for someone to be free. I heard the male SA finish up and tried to get his attention while he put away the shoes the couple he had been helping didn't want. He walked past me into the back room, no acknowledgement. Next thing, while I wasn't looking, the female SA started offering help to another couple who had come in after me. I think I made a bit of a gesture, but again no one saw me. I turned back to start looking on my own again, and I heard the male SA come up behind me and ask the couple of they needed any help! So I made a bit of a stink about how two people had now addressed this couple and no one had said hello to me. Coffee cup in hand, he kind of studdered about how he could help any one I wanted. I told him I was there first and needed help. I told him I needed black shoes for work that I could fit my orthotics in to. He told me I had a lot of restrictons, and that he had this one to offer me. One. It was ugly and boxy, and I just stared at it. He said anything else that would fit an orthotic would be white, did I want him to find a size for me. I told him that they were ugly and I wouldn't be wearing them. The rest of the interaction is a blur, I just needed to get out of the store to me car so I could cry. So frustrating! I'm actually glad they made my decision easy to not buy from them. It may have been my first trip in, but it was definitely my last.
