This is a regulation 9 hole course that is fairly forgiving. The greens and fairways are well maintained with a reasonable rate of play. There is a mix of golfers at different levels of skill but everyone just gets along. It is a good place for a quick, last minute game as you can leave Halifax and be teeing off in half an hour. The price is affordable compared to many courses with the cost of a 9 hole round never exceeding 20 dollars. BE WARNED: make sure you bring bug spray as there can be many blackflies and dive bombing horse flies that bite. I played a round at the end of May, 2017 and was glad for the spray as the black flies were relentless. A positive is the club house sells bug spray ( big cans) for 8.95 plus tax...just in case.

It's a perfect course for beginners to try out or as a warm up for the first round of the year. You can use every club in the bag here. The course is nice and open on a lot of holes so it's easy to find any errant shots.

Old school 9 hole course. Some nice long par 4s and 5s. Spring and fall are their best time of year for good fairways. No fairway watering so mid summer they are hard and the brown spots unnumbered the green.

I think the course is decent enough. Usually slower than most around unless you choose the right times to go. One bad note; this course doesn't allow players to share clubs. Which is a big fail on their part. They'd rather pass up on two green fees then allow two buddies to share clubs.

Great course especially for the price. Can walk on with no tee time. Wait is usually not long if at all during the week days.
