Mike Weir was advertised to be signing autographs at this location. I thought it would be a great experience for my 2.4 year old. Boy, was I right. We arrived and while watching someone hit balls into the net, we were approached by a staff member that asked if my boy would like to hit some golf balls. His first time doing so I might add! He was hitting a freaking driver into the net! Ok, well the ball kinda dribbled close to the net, but still, it was an awesome experience. They were so kind to offer to grab him a club and get him swinging. We then went to get our autograph and pic with Weir. My phone died. So, of course someone from the store steps in and takes the pic, then emails it to me without hesitation. There is something that is being done right at that store behind the scenes. Someone is inspiring people to be their best. Thanks for the memories. We will be back to buy my boy's first golf set soon. John and Ben.

Great store, go here for all my golf retail needs. Also had my clubs re-gripped here and a driver shaft repaired. Recommend this location.

I have been a customer of GolfTown's since they opened, and in many provinces, and am sure this is one of the better locations I've frequented! Store is always clean and looks good, staff is pretty much always on their game and as importantly, pleasant to deal with. I find the selection excellent and if they don't have something they are quick to check other stores and even call if needed to hold something. I am thouroughly impressed with this location and usually have a very nice and also fun time every time I go! Definite standouts who are outstanding to deal with are Jenn and Jaqui (likely spelled wrong) who in my opinion couldn't be much better at their jobs. Stephen the assistant manager is also consistently great to deal with. Well done guys-thanks!

Great store: Jenn and all the staff have guided me well over the years the store has been opened.

Went there with a brand new Calloway driver I had received at a charity event but not bought at Golf Town. The day before, the driver's head had exploded, its upper cap parting way at the driving range. The Assistant Manager Stephen asked me to follow him to the shop where he swiftly changed the head, returned it to me saying: Calloway would anyway ask you to come and exchange it here...fantastic engagement and reaction to a problem that did not concern them and very swift customer service response. First class Stephen, five star service (and I know what I am talking about). I was so blown away by this that I ended buying my wife's birthday present following the above interaction. Will be back
