I spend Thousands and thousands At yr store between online and shopping at the store , I bought My son a cobra pre owned driver , when I gave It to him he informed me that he just bought his friends driver and it kinda if embarrassing telling his friend that he needed to return his driver to him. Therefore I came Back to the store on fourth ave in st Catharines Ontario which I normally deal with 5 days after my original purchase , the club was never hit, Jackson told me he can’t return- exchange only- I asked Him to check my file and see how much I spend & when I bought The club , he spoke to Matt the manager who was in the back , won’t even bother come out to talk to me and talk to me at a customer!!!!!! No where on yr receipt it says that very disappointed with the customer service or lack of it. The Regional manager Ryan called me and he made everything right , he was so professional and extremally helpful and nice, went back to the store and they took care of all issues !!!!!

Stopped in to check out the new 2022 products 1 hour before close. Received way above and beyond service from a manager named Matt. Tested a couple clubs. Never rushed. Seriously great service.

My wife & daughter were recently in your store to purchase a birthday gift for myself. Though they spent a fair amount of time searching for the proper golf cart, they couldn't get any help from passing by salespeople. They did notice however, that any man in the store was quickly approached to see if help was required. They were very happy with the service they received from Golf Warehouse where my birthday gift was ultimately purchased. Bill Hare
