I've played Wardsville twice this summer. Reasonable rates. 27 hole course. Two nine's are tight, mature tree lined fairways and the other nine is more open with some fescue. It is a short golf course, but the tight fairways make you play a variety of shots from the tee, not just bombing the driver. The greens are lightning fast, but do not hold at all. The fairways are well kept and the course is overall very nice. The 27 holes keep the course from getting too clogged up. Will play in Wardsville again.

Always loved the place. Played all 27. Excellent shape overall. If I had to complain it would be hard greens that weren't very receptive but I hate to complain about a place that is so friendly and reasonably priced. 4 solid stars. Only 50 bucks to play all 27 with a cart. We will be back!!!

A little off the beaten path, but it's definitely worth the trip to Wardsville. The availability of 27 holes helps with pace of play. You will find friendly staff, a well conditioned golf course with beautiful plantings and an abundance of wildlife. Book your affordable tee time today.
