I like this course. It's a public golf course in the process of being transformed into a Golf and Country club with gym facilities and pool. An adventure golf course has also been added and it looks like an outside all weather football pitch is almost complete. A nice bar and restaurant. Still a work in progress and will be a great leisure facility once complete.

Nice picturesque setting for a local public golf course. Beware of weekend rounds, as it becomes the home of the 6 round in the summer. Recent upgrades to the facilities have been great.

Excellent course for a public facility. The Club house is really a separate operation that is no use to golfers. But there's a Greggs bakery over the road which does the job

Becoming less and less keen on this place. Its one of those places you hope has improved every few weeks you have the urge to visit but end up leaving in a huff vowing never to return. The Music is whatever the DJ wants to listen to - Not what people can always dance to. You will see everyone dancing on the dance floor, then suddenly the music will switch and the crowd fizzle out. Not sure if it's done on purpose so people rush to the bar for drinks but it's very tacky and the place itself resembles a school Hall.

A nice public course. Can get busy and some waiting around, but a pleasant round of golf. Handy for public transport as so near the tube.
