Rebuilt Club Car

Unbelievable service. Due to COVID I purchased a custom rebuilt Club Car cart without viewing first. Delivery was on schedule as promised. I returned 2 weeks later with the cart and added a custom steering wheel and custom dash. I am 100 percent satisfied with my purchase. Thank you both Mike senior and junior.

Had a great experience dealing with these guys. Everyone super friendly and knowledgable. Love my cart and would buy from them again.

Purchased a cart in October with a 6 month warranty and now we know why. Already had to replace the brake drum for $400. Also today it started smoking and is not working once again. Don't go here as they sell crappy carts. Have also been informed by othera of this at our new park....

I bought 2008 EZGO electric cart with new batteries, new rear seat, light kit and new windshield. This was AUG 2017 Total with delivery was I think about $4600-$4800. It was not bargain price and I paid pretty much asking price. Owner seems to know his stuff and is quite confident in what he sells. My EZGO about a week later developed squeak that was super loud. Great looking cart, but annoyingly squeaky. When I called to get this looked at, I was told its far (90km away) and that I would be responsible for paying for the tech driving to get to me because I had no means of taking cart back to them. In any event tech came to the park and identified squeaky sound coming from rear wheels and nut behind the wheel was lose and cotter pin was loose goosey. He tightened it and put in the old pin. Squeaky sound was still there. It went down from 100% to 30%. Tech said that’s it and nothing else can be done. I felt super stupid for paying for a repair that did not resolve this issue. Just one week later squeak developed to the old annoying loud sound whenever we used this cart. It sounded like 100 years old squeaky wagon. Really embarrassing. Month and a half ago I called Performance Cart back and explained my situation. I was told it is their super busy time and they would not have time to send someone over and that I would need to transport the cart to them at my own expense and they would look at it at their own time. In their defense I can say that they did offer trailer to pull that I could borrow but it had to be Okd with them when to get it and when to drop it off. I do not have a truck to pull giant trailer and I felt I was left on my own to deal with this. I felt like 2nd class customer and servicing their product was just not there. For that reason I will not give this place more than 2* as it seems to me that sale is the driver No1 and service is just a necessary evil slower downer and they do not really want to do it. Basically advice I would give to prospective buyer, You are pretty much on your own once you buy it and if you are not mechanically inclined person to fix stuff yourself do not buy from them. Ironically I had a car mechanic come visit me and fix the issue. He basically did way more through job on the cart than the service tech that came from Performance Carts and now the cart does not squeak any more.
