Store is substandard. Selection is just OK. Staff is the issue. Most times the young woman can’t tear themselves away from their cellphones long enough even to greet you. Never mind asking the consumer if they can help. They don’t do anything. Glad I’m not paying the new minimum wage for a shift of texting. Too bad. Nice big location but a no go for me.

- Was helped in locating a size small of a particular jacket by a friendly employee. However, after she identified the jacket as being out of stock in size small on the Sport Chek inventory record, I found 1 size small jacket myself, not far from the other jackets of that model. - Also, despite it being a fairly busy, as expected, Sunday afternoon with many black Friday sales still on, there was a long wait at the checkout since only 1 of the 4 checkout lines was manned.

Popular among the teen crowd. Very helpful, young salespeople. When we shopped here, they went out of their way to bring a wide selection of items out of the storage area to make sure we could pick the exact item we were most satisfied with. I recommend this store highly.

Go for the sales, normal prices are pretty expensive. Having items in stock always seems to be an issue!
