Excellent spot to get sports clothing from the best brands. You'll always find something on sale. People are friendly here and they give great advice on what to buy. Lots of good quality items and there are always some affordable prices.

Not very good. Too long a line at checkout. Interested in purchasing cross county skid. They could not tell me where or if they even had women's cross country skis but they had a huge sale on men's. Nice going. If I didn't feel like a second class citizen before I went into the store I sure did leaving it. I'm not being nasty to retail people. I'm just saying the store should put more staff on the floor during boxing week. They are usually a lot more customer orientated.

Excellent staff. Incredibly helpful fellow in the shoe department. Love my new Saucony runners and they were half price!!

Time wasters at this store. Went in to buy 2 bikes on Thursday night that were on sale. Was told they had to build them, so come back when we call you. Received a call Friday afternoon advising the two bikes were built and ready, i specifically asked if saturday was ok to cone in, concerned they would sell them. Techician said we will not sell the bikes they are set aside for you., went in saturday afternoon, they sold the womens bike, sorry the guy said, we have a no hold policy! Spoke to assistant manager, she too was sorry! Offered us 50 bucks off the bike, we walked out. My time is worth much more than 50 lousy bucks. Will avoid that store.

Went in to the store tonight after checking their inventory online beforehand, and they didn't have any of the items I was looking for! I had marked off 5 pairs of cleats that I was interested in, and the store didn't have a single one of them in stock. They also had nothing in my size, even in other cleats that I looked at, and most of the prices in store did not match the prices listed on their website. Also, the girl working in the shoe section completely ignored me and I had to find someone else to give me a hand. All in all, it was a complete waste of time. I am now stuck with trying to order something online but with not being able to try anything in my size in store I am unsure whether the pair I order will fit properly.
