Have lived here on two different occasions and have loved it. Wonderful office staff. Repair staff are amazing. Any little repair is done quickly and efficiently! Couldn’t ask for a better place to rent!

I absolutely LOVED living here, I loved the area; it was very peaceful and quiet, never a lot of activity going on so that was great. I stayed in the condos when I first moved out to Fort Gratiot and it felt like home, I loved it. After a year I moved to the townhouse and both places were spacious and you can't beat the prices! The landlord; absolutely wonderful!! As well as the maintenance men there, any problem I had they were on it. I stayed in Golf Harbor for a total of 4 years and once again, loved it.

I spent the weekend with my best friend and her mother while traveling through the United States. These apartments are very nice for their age, well priced for the market, and close to the town center. Hopefully I can lease one in 2 or 3 weeks.
