Outstanding help on new club and bag purchase. And more so the extended help from Matt. Golf galaxy has a great and friendly staff. Matt went above and beyond helping me with the stores credit service. I wanted to exchange the bag for a different style. But was over 10 days if the temporary card issued. The main card had not yet been received. Thus making me not recognized in the system until so. Matt is a professional! And worked with me in a way to make the difference in price of new bag and a few extra items happen until the card arrives. As well as the help in selecting a new set of clubs and making sure what I was wanting, was a great experience. Golf Galaxy has my business, and referrals! Thanks again Matt. And see you soon!

Rick, Kelain and Mikey assisted me throughout the sale and after the fact. All three were superb with knowledge and assisting me with my needs. I purchased a new putter and found the CORRECT shaft for my current driver. These guys will always be my go to for ANY and all golf needs

I don't like being bugged while shopping but this is the 2nd time i walked into this store with intentions to spend $$$ and never was ask for help or a simple hello. The employees would just walk right past me while i was looking at $300 + putters for 20 mins, that is pretty bad customer service... Its understandable if they where busy, but the place was a ghost town at the time. And just again yesterday i encountered the same service when i was going to by new golf shoes there.

Went in to get fitted for new irons. The guy helping me wouldn't spend more than five minutes at a time with me before wandering off to talk with friends/co-workers. Then would come back after 15 minutes and ask how it was going. He couldn't keep straight what he had me test out. Obviously couldn't analyze how I was hitting because he would wander off. Just an overall poor experience. It is disappointing, because there are not very many places to get fitted for clubs near here. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and going somewhere else though. I went in planning on spending money and excited to leave with new irons but ended up walking out after the 5th time of the guy wandering away and being in the back of the store. That was the end of my patience.

BEWARE! They are very helpful when you buying something. Your on your own after you purchase it. I bought Irons 3 weeks ago. I want to use their simulator to check my alignment. An associate left me waiting in the simulator for 15 mins. I talked to another associate and then waited for 10 mins. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bob Green Clinton Twp.
