My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. An iconic part of the historic and beautiful city, our time at the Chateau was amazing! We felt like royalty. Our view of the Citadel was wonderful. We ate at the Champlain Restaurant (one of several in the confines of the hotel) and will probably never eat a meal as fine as that again. Everything was incredible, and the wait staff extremely helpful and kind. When they heard it was our honeymoon, our waiter treated us to champagne and a dessert. Every thing we had - including the bread and butter (yes - that too) was exquisite. I did the pairing option, which was not disappointing. Our view of the plaza and river added to the experience. The few nights we stayed here were perhaps the best of our entire trip in Canada. We certainly plan on going back, and cannot wait to do so. Thank you!

What a fantastic hotel!! We booked it for our Easter weekend away and have been blown away by how marvelous the hotel is. Firstly, it's in a great location right in the centre of Quebec. Secondly, it's the most iconic building in the city and is prominent across the skyline. Thirdly, it's beautiful inside. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very elegant.

We brought our granddaughters there Easter weekend for afternoon high tea. It was magnificent. Elegant, delicious and very impressive. Not one of us was disappointed. A wonderful experience in a majestic environment.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff all around. The amazing location and the history makes this a place everyone should try to visit at least once. The new modern rooms were perfect for us, we couldn't believe the size of the double bed room. We rarely used the 2nd bed but we had tons of space for us and our 2 year old daughter. A crib was in the room as requested and they even surprised us with a little dessert treat. If there was anything I could say for area of improvement I'd say the in-room dinner service was underwhelming. We'll be back someday, until then we'll enjoy the rest of our stay and cherish the memories of old Quebec and the Frontenac!

Went here for afternoon tea! Loved the experience! Lovely staff who talked about the hotel and the tea and overall a great balance between the sweet and savoury treats! The dessert buffet was the star of the show! Would definitely visit again!!
