Called in today to see if they had a product in stock was asked to hold so I could be transferred, fair enough, it looped back around to the front and I got hung up on. Called in again and laughed about it but was continuously on the transfer loop and I could hear them pick up the phone and transfer me. Finally my friend called in and they wanted to do the same thing but I said no can you page them cause Iâ€™ve been on the transfer hold loop for five minutes now. By that point they said no one was available. So we go to the store and one of the girls was super helpful she even looked up and unfortunately donâ€™t carry the band we were looking for. I went to the front to ask who was answering the phones and it was both of the girls, I told them I understood that it was busy (I work retail I get it) but they could have taken two minutes to look in the case thatâ€™s RIGHT INFRONT of the til for the product Iâ€™m asking about but instead we wasted our time having to drive downtown in search of the product. After saying this I hear them whispering behind me.

The guy I shoes dropped shoes on bench and never told me so waited for 15 mins asked someone else then he came over said he dropped on bench Teller was excellent

A lot of brands and selections, great when a sale is on. Staff are mostly helpful but the location is tough as it's located inside the mall which you have to pay for parking to get in there.

I went here looking to buy shoes, I know which shoes and which size I want, all i need is for a employee to approach me so i can have them go to the back and get them for me. Do you think this happened no! I left with out shoes, drove across town and bought them elsewhere. I know which store I will be going to next time I need shoes.(I but a pair every 3-4 weeks in the summer @ 200 a piece that's about $1000 going to another store! I gave 2 star rating based on a previous trip to this store when I had a employee answer all my questions and he was very helpful. Otherwise it would be 1.
