Love this store.... always fun to shop here. Can't always buy anything, but great to browse anyway!

Terrible customer service. Rude employees. I went in to return some shirts that did not fit right with the receipt (payed in cash) and the employee at the desk told me to just go pick out something else. I stated to her I wanted to return the item then go find new items. I was told to just go get the clothing I wanted then bring them up front. I again stated that I wished to return the items and go pick what I wanted. The employee continued to argue with me about a return that I had the receipt for even getting another employee to say the same thing. After getting mad they then decided to finally give me my money back. I promptly left and drove to Academy. Not to be one of those "I spend a lot of money here" people but I do buy clothes and fishing stuff frequently but I no longer will.

They had everything I was looking for at great prices. The staff was very helpful.

Walked around the store for over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. No one asked me if they could help me find anything. That coupled with the overpriced merchandise will keep me going to Academy Sports.
