I visited the resort for a business meeting. Upon arriving check in was very polite and helpful, but signage to find it could be better. The room was clean well stocked. Only complaint is the shower was not in the best working order. The dinner at the restaurant/bar was fantastic (prime rib). For the actual work meeting we had in "ballroom A" the staff working that section we're very polite, timely and professional. I would personally recommend this resort for personal visits and as a work related meeting location.

Great place!!! very friendly service!! Will definitely be coming and staying with them again soon!!! I love the amount of detication they put into your stay while your there. Great area to get food and have a few drinks!

Be prepared to do some floor cleaning if you have toddlers. No microwave in condos, but comfy beds! And the screened in porch is an awesome bonus, as is free ice. Very polite staff, too! Truly a nature preserve to appreciate with a boat.

Wonderful place to get away if you want solitude and a great view. American war history artifacts were fantastic. The rooms were surprisingly modern and the wifi adequate. Go for it

This review is on cottage 10 which I was told Friday morning when I called that was on the water where the grand kids could fish which was a lie employees are not familiar with the grounds don't care to help you. After cooking loaded dishwasher knew looked bad but wasn't aware it didn't work tried to close wouldn't close the handle was missing to release the door so shut harder all that happened was roaches come out every where. Went to hand wash dishes no stoppers for sink nowhere so I was pretty pissed by this time and tired called the resort and explained situation and told her also was only 5 towels and no sheets for pull out bed she said she would send someone down. She did no towels, 4 pillow cases, pillow, and she brought a stopper that didn't fit and told me to stick rag in it and they would see about it tomorrow and she sprayed a little round the dishwasher with bug spray Baseboards in bathroom terrible condition it appears they never deep clean windows or seals and baseboards. Well saturday no one came and never heard from them again I didn't even call this was worst experience ever that no one cared no customer service. Upon check out I explained what happen and wasn't fixed she was room director she took off some money and my card was still charged for 441 not 385 like she said of course they don't like Friends and Family Members I booked online there was 2 choices 195. with breakfast and 199.00 without so I chose the 195 there was nothing on there that couldn't use 10% off. So I the clerk changed to 219.00 a night ended up costing me more never again will I do this I love the campground we stay there a lot.
