My mom enjoyed your store and the help from Sandy in deciding to purchase a set of Northern lights jewelry. Especially the resizing of the ring. Walked into this quaint shop thinking it would be like all the others and was pleasantly surprised. Found what I was originally looking for, then I met Sandi. She was very nice and in visiting with her she showed me the northern lights jewelry and the wonderful effect you can see when placed with different colored clothes. With her wonderful personality and husbands approval I purchased a beautiful set of memorable jewelry. Thank you, Sandi, for a memorable visit to downtown Ketchikan.

I absolutely loved this place, their prices are affordable and the people that work there are so pleasant! I had marinna help me most of the time and she made me feel so welcome! I highly suggest stoping in here and looking at their turquoise!

I had been looking for carved Whale bone during my recent trip to Alaska. I searched everywhere from Anchorage to Ketchican. Everything I found was priced out of my price range. Finally at my last stop when the ship was in Ketchican I found The Rain Barrel. Their items were beautiful, different and reasonably priced. I bought two. The staff was great to work with and shipped my treasures to me. I recommend this shop to everyone stopping in Ketchican.
