I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. I moved here in January, and I have a second floor apartment. They are pet friendly with no breed restrictions, so that's a plus. My neighbors are quiet, but have had a couple instances of living next to someone and above someone. The grounds are kept clean, however some tenants are dirtier than I would care for, it that's not really a reflection of the company itself. So, if I have a problem, I talk to the tenant and discuss it like a human being. I have had some maintenance issues that haven't been addressed, but I'm somewhat handy so I just took care of them myself, nothing that anybody can't fix unless it's a maintenance emergency. They have covered parking available, as the Arizona sun gets hot. Really have no complaints about this place, and I'd definitely rent from them again.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Nola(the manager of the facility) is the nastiest and most unprofessional person I have ever met in my entire life! I went to her about some concerns I had with living conditions and it ended up with being kicked out of the office and "never being aloud back in the office" very unprofessional and childish. The place can't get ahold of their bed bug problem, walls are super thin, neighbors are bummy... TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEART ACHE AND LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!

Loud neighbors and rude manager. Don't even consider living here if you're military. NOT military friendly at all!! Please don't make the same mistake that My husband and I did! When dealing with the office (Nola), I can not emphasize the disrespect and unprofessional management practices for their military customers enough. When new customers are in they're nice but as soon as they leave attitude changes from 100 to 0 real quick. Aside from that, the property overall is in horrible condition don't be fooled. As soon as we moved in stains came up in the carpet. The oven never heats to the proper temperature and is less than half the size of a regular oven. It takes me 3 hours to bake a potato at 450. One of the burners on the stove-top sparks while another one doesn't even work. The drain under the kitchen sink has burst and the ac broke within the 4 months that we've lived in the apartment. The paint is low quality and the outside lights are just there for show. Also there is dog poop everywhere! The walls are so thin that you can hear other peoples conversation. Especially don't move into a 1b1ba if you're married. Less than 500 sq ft. Also it takes $2 to wash and dry clothes for every load and the dryers are crap. All my clothes have left there wet. The door to the facility never works so it's always impossible to even get in there. My mail key never works either. Sucky all around. Wish I can give it 0 stars

Terrible place to live! Wouldn't live here if my life depended on it. Nola, the manager is an absolute b****. Do NOT live here if you're military

I lived in these apartments on two separate occassions; first in March to April 2004 while I was in training at Fort Huachuca; second from April 2010 to August 2010 while I was an instructor at Fort Huachuca. Both times I rented a 1 bedroom/1 bath. They are not the greatest place to live, but that is mostly due to the age of the complex. In 2004, the neighborhood around the complex was extremely ghetto, and upon returning in 2010 I noticed that it had been cleaned up a good bit... graffiti on the walls painted over, neighboring homes had their lawns cleaned up, etc. During both periods, I had no issues with the staff or maintenance. Once in 2010 my sink was dripping underneath, I put a bucket under it and notified the office, and maintenance fixed it within 24 hours. The front desk was always nice and courteous, and I visited them often because I would have packages delivered and they would sign for them. There wasn't a dishwasher in the apartment, but since it was just me, it was no big deal. It's not a bad place to live for a single person... I am not sure about married couples or families however. I never had any problems with loud neighbors, crime, or neighbors trash out on the porch. The staff asked me to take care of my garbage once when I left it outside my door for a few hours... nice prompt response to keep the area clean! I was caught with some friends one night in 2010 late swimming and the security asked us nicely to exit the pool area. They were not rude at all, and it was our fault. So when you read other reviews, just keep in mind people expect a mile when you give them an inch. Overall, I enjoyed both stays here. If you are on a budget and don't mind living in a slightly older community, that is still overall clean and has good maintenance and friendly staff, then this is for you.
