Robb came out and picked up my newer custom $8k Jeep to take to his shop to diagnose engine trouble. It was in mint condition. He backed it out of my garage where I keep it and loaded it on his trailer. A month later I finally got an estimate for repairs. It was too expensive at the time so I told him I would be down to get it. Multiple attempts at reaching him to pick the cart up were made, even had an employee stop by and because it was 5 minutes before he closed he was told to come back another day. Months later I finally found him at his shop. Much to my surprise when he brought the cart out it had been stored at his yard outside in the rain. All of the paint is faded. The seats are destroyed. There is rust on the frame. Broken tail light, and chips in the paint. I was devastated. At no time did he tell me that he was going to store it outside until I came and got it. He knew exactly how much I paid for it and the condition that it was in when he got it. Then he tried to charge me $200 for diagnosing the engine problem. How can any business owner think that this would be acceptable to their customer? I wouldn't take any cart of any value to him because obviously he doesn't care.

called them up to get quotes on fixing some golf carts so they came out and took 3 carts to inspect. 2 weeks later i called them and they came out with one of my carts with a $350 bill without it being authorized. Fast forward 2 weeks later and they still had 2 of my carts when we told them to return them asap.Shady experience from day one with these guys.
