Took clubs in to be re-gripped Monday Feb 26th. Told they might be ready later that day but no later than Thursday Mar 1st and they would call me.. No call came. Called today, Saturday. Yes they are ready. No apology whatsoever.

This store has seen its ownership changes a few time. It is tough for real store to compete with online store. But it is still nice to try the merchandises. I would buy from them even if the price is slightly higher. Really a candy store for golfers

Sales manager Steve was a great help. He called to me when I was looking at a driver. Gave me many insights into drivers, and even suggested an older model as being very good but way marked down. Steve wasn't the only employee to help me as I spent about an hour trying out various drivers at their nice practice net facilty. The screen you hit in has a graphic representation of what your shot would look like. I was looking for a new driver. Drivers being expensive, Steve suggested I try a few, come back more than once and keep trying until I was confident. He also mentioned an older model similar to one I was trying, which was steeply discounted. I really felt they were trying to help me get the best club for my use and budget. As far as golf equipment, I'll come back here for it.

I visited the store today with an interesting in purchasing a set of Hybrid Irons. I left emptied handed. During my 45 minute browse through the store - NOT ONE sales associate offered assistance or greeted me. Definitely customer service training.

We bought Ping hybrid at really low price there. But staff for simulating shots were not very friendly and no suggestion or comment at all. We wanted to check up on women's clubs or shoes but the had very limited equipment and shoes. I found more at Dick's sporting.
