Had a 2 o'clock appointment for Sunday brunch. We were seated by the door that is in direct wind from outside and right next to the kitchen door where the staff walked in and out. We requested a seat change so we don't have eat in the cold wind and people walking next to you bumping onto your chair. However, we were met with difficulties and had to wait another 20 minutes before we were seated at a more comfortable location. At least the food was delicious and the server was very attentive.

The beds are wonderful. Soft mattress and pillows. First floor smells a little musty. The pool is nice, especially if you have kids. The front desk staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are there for you 24/7. Some tips for a great stay: ask for an upstairs room with a fireplace and private balcony. Bring your own water bottles, theirs are 5$. Ask for caffinated coffee for Keurig. There is no microwave, but they do have an en suite frig. There is a whole foods not too far away, shop there for snacks. Do go to the pool.

Although this resort is marked over 4 stars, I would not rate it above a 3 to 3.5. The housekeeping staff needs some work. For the three days we were there they never once emptied our trash. There were three of us staying in the room and we had to continually ask for extra towels as they'd only left two sets. The food in the restaurant was over-priced but in general the room was fairly clean and the staff was nice.

Fun golf course in really good condition. Played North/East. Nice clubhouse and lounge that is a great spot for watching sports and having drinks. I’ll be back.

Overall, pretty disappointed. Initial check in service was fine. First impression of our building was a horrible strong, musty smell.( this never dissipated) Door to our room was splintered at the bottom. I found a bit if black mold growing in the shower. Room was updated with a few nice upgrades. Bed was a bit stiff for our preference. Our TV was broken, didn't work. Maintenance came up quickly to diagnose and solve problem. Ended up replacing broken TV with a new one. Maintanence crew was friendly and efficient. Noise from adjacent units water usage was clearly heard. Gentleman that checked me out was asleep when I came up to desk. Had to be woken up by another employee. He had difficulty processing my payment as well. He did not seem very concerned about the feedback I gave him, but said he "would tell the manager." Overall, while this was conveniently located for my weekend plans, I would not stay there again. For being charge $20 day for resort fees, it does not appear the money is spent on the customer experience.
