I had a good experience here. I was looking at hybrids and drivers, the staff spent about an hour with me trialing several clubs. I walked out with a Cobra driver. Thanks gentlemen.

Just a heads up about this store in Stockton. They lie to you tell you one thing and do another. They just lost this customer, I can't stand liars and there customer service is unbelievable don't even have the decency to apologize for their mistake. I went in there to get 3 clubs regripped and to extend 2 clubs he (Drew)said that he would have it ready first thing in the morning I said that would be great cause I wanted to use it the next day on the course, so I went to get it the next day early evening and they never even touched them. He said if you want to wait I will do them right now but I couldn't wait I had other things to do so now I'm pissed so needless to say I didn't get to play with them when I went and played golf the next day. I go in the next day pick up my 3 clubs and I complained about the issue and he gave me nothing but lip no apology nothing and I told him that they suck and you will never see me in a Roger Dunn store again and Stormed out.

Horrible service: I walked in and there were three employees not a single one of them asked if I needed help. I had $1500 to spend but didn't know what exactly I was looking for. I was in there for about 10 minutes and still no help, so I went to the other local golf store and spent my $1500 there.
