This was a challenging course for our first time there. The course was in great shape and the greens were tough. The staff was very helpful in the PRO shop and the starter was equally friendly. If you did not know that Hwy 52 was next to the course, the trees and wooded area shielded the noise and made us feel like we were in the country. The Pro shop was well stocked with just about anything you could need. The restaurant is a place to come back to for dinner. We had a great time and will be back.

Damn this course! It always kills me but it's a ton of fun. Try and get out early, the pace of play can be hell sometimes, but I guess that's how it is at a lot of courses. Definitely a challenging golf course. The first 2 holes and the 18th hole always destroy my score. They got a good restaurant/bar. Food is good and staff is always friendly. If you're a golfer, go try this course.

My wife and I attended a MillenniumTravel & Promotion seminar at Carlton Oaks Country Club in January 2018. A "90 minute seminar" turned into several hours of a slick sales pitch that promised attendees would receive free airline vouchers through Millennium Travel. When applying for the travel voucher, Millennium claimed our vouchers were "not dated" and therefore invalid. Read the reviews on Millennium. And, avoid attending Millennium seminars at second rate "resorts" like Carlton Oaks Country Club.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant there was very good. My stay was enjoyable and worth going back there to stay again

Hit or miss. Lots of smokers on the patio, but that's what you get in East County. Pretty good food, decent service. We almost didn't come back because the time before, it was right when lunch started and I guess they got a gigantic group, but they didn't tell us that. We wanted breakfast, but settled for lunch. We ordered and waited for about two hours. We barely had any service, a couple water refills and then someone finally dropped our bill off. We had been there well over an hour and still had not received our food. We asked a few more times and ended up having to order it to go. They have us a 10% discount. If it were up to me, I would never come back, but my bf's parents like the view.
