I want to the Clovis store. I needed assistance in the hunting Department. An employee named Stephen assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend going to Dick's Sporting Goods, they have very good customer service. They also price match competitors prices on most items.

Been here four or five times looking for various items, which they never seem to have...like a whistle, for one! You know, like every coach and gym teacher had when I was a kid. Staff is always clueless about the merchandise. Several employees knew absolutely nothing about their folding knives and archery gear. Instead of offering to find out, they just said "let me know if you want something else".

Fishing selection could be better. Employees could be more friendlier. If you have a price match policy your employees shouldn't try to make me feel like a criminal for trying to get a better deal.

I'm glad that there are sporting good stores open and available to see, try out, and purchase products in-store. I went the day after Black Friday and everything was clean and organized! I was greeted at the door, found great deals, and had a friendly and positive experience with my cashier, even after all the Thanksgiving chaos. Thanks Dick's Sporting Goods, Fresno!

I went to pick up a rifle. The manager, Natalie, was not concerned with finalizing the paperwork. I had to wait over an hour for Natalie to find time to authorize the paperwork. She then went out of her way to avoid me and never explained why she made me wait for an hour. Then the clerk ask if I wanted to be part of the awards program. I told him no due to Natalie wasting my time. I will never go there again. Natalie's poor performance and lack of urgency guarantees I well never shop there again. I hope her managers read this and take appropriate action. Horrible horrible service on her part.
