Nice rooms and a great restaurant. Has become way overpriced though in the past few years. We go to Morro Bay every year for golf tournament and used to get favorable repeat customer rates. The back rooms at Overlook the bay have fireplaces in her nice. You have to be willing to step up to pay the price though. If they would be a little more friendly to multiple repeat customers I would definitely stay there more often.

We stayed for one night and had an enjoyable time. The rooms were clean and had great views but very small. We had two queen beds but they felt small, like a full sized bed. The happy hour was great with good drinks and food. We'd stay here again.

A really clean and well maintained facility. Good menu creative offerings locally sourced. Slow and uncoordinated service. Just be patient with it and enjoy the billion dollar views.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit oddly shaped. Fireplace was nice. Close to town. Nice and quiet. Restaurant/lounge was a little lacking in quality, but they poured the drinks stiff.

Location wise it does not get any better than this in Morro Bay! probably the best view overlooking the bay than anyone by far. Actually located in Morro Bay State Park with world-class Golf Course and Natural Museum right next door! The owners of this property must have acquired it over hundred plus years ago to have this spot where you can actually see Los Osos across the bay also! True art Patron featuring John Ramos local artist Originals throughout the Inn! Amazing bar and when it comes to staying in a room or the price I'm not sure yet cuz I never have but I will still give a 5 star rating based on my information... cheers
