Been a long time customer and always enjoyed shopping there. The staff has always been helpful and the guys in the club repair do outstanding work.

I want to go get a set of clubs at this place, first I was looking for a shaft see if they have any in a 65g....so I ask one of the guy. He's like in his late 50s tall slim looking. He told me it's gonna be expensive if you looking for one...I was like seriously...I'm there for a reason...to buy and spend money ah duh..!! Thinking in my head. Than later I want to test out a clubs to see which one I wanted to get, so I grab some new decent one and test them out. So I asked the same guy... excuse me can you help me set it to an iron swing test set. So he did...I was hitting one of the clubs that I wanted to get and he got me a M1 set instead and than he ask me how much I'm looking to spend, I told him around$400 to $500. So he told me...than let me take those M1 back from you. And he just walk away and ignore me with no help after that. Dude...what an A**Hole...MF...Seriously!!

Great staff. Always knowledgeable pleasant excellent customer service. The manager Alana is a awesome and Dave in the equipment provides great advice and direcrion.

Was here with my wife and kids yesterday picking up a Jr. Set for my son. The level of service we got was... TERRIBLE to put it nicely...im sure the guy next to us felt similar. He spent $2,425 on one SINGLE purchase. When he asked the cashier if he could get a discount for throwing that much cash to them his cashier came over to our cashier (the assistant manager and notifies him quietly yet loud enough that my wife and I could here of what he was spending and if he could give him a discount.. the ASM nodded yes and told the cashier.. "give him $2 off". My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief...1% well after the math gets done.. LESS THAN 1% DISCOUNT... Thank you Roger Dunn.. you have now made a long time customer a GOLFSMITH customer..for life!
