I bought a Club I didn't like and Mike Paronto bent over backwards to help me get the club I wanted. It wasn't his fault but he went out of his way to help. They were more than fair. Great bunch ! They won me over as a customer! Customer service was excellent!

I am from Arizona and was visiting my in-laws in Colorado. My Father in-law and I went into Hammond's to inquire about custom fitted Ping clubs. The owner Mike took great care in answering ALL our questions and was so knowledgeable both my father in law and I returned 2 days later for our fitting and bought full sets of clubs. Thanks for such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Janner

Very knowledgeable staff and a great experience getting fitted for my new irons

I was in Grand Junction last week shopping for golf stuff. The "other" golf store was closed and I was provided directions to Hammonds Golf Headquarters from the nearby mall sporting goods store. As soon as I walked into the Hammonds, I was greeted by Mike Paronto (owner) and suggested I park around the block, close to his back door, to avoid a city parking ticket. Immediately, Mike paid attention to me as a customer, as well as a couple of others in his store, including a young student from Mesa State College that was there to pick up a donation from Mike for a fundraiser. I inquired about changing my graphite shafts for my Mizuno irons to metal shafts. Within seconds, Mike had me demo a couple of different shafts in the swing analysis tent. I chose something comfortable, as Mike answered my every question. Since I live about 140 miles from GJ, Mike suggested that once the new shafts and grips were done, he'd send them up (no charge) to a local golf course nearer to Aspen, thus saving me another trip to GJ or pay for shipping...A very fair price, great service, nice selection and excellant product knowledge will keep me as a customer for a long time. If you're in GJ, visit this store!
