Saybrook Mini Golf. The name alone evokes memories of the red painted wooden borders with their white messages, the elevated building obstacle where you waited to see which opening your ball would roll from, and the lighthouse with its rotating colored light. All those memories wiped clean by Hurricane Sandy and replaced by a relatively flat, close-spaced course that occupies about 3/4 of the space "the old course" did. The buildings and decorations are new and well made, and give a nod to the town of Old Saybrook. However, the cups just don't lie flush and the resulting lip will send your putt sailing off. Quite frustrating for little ones. All in all a fun place, but I wish more of an effort was made to salvage the old obstacles and course.

Looked neat. Unfortunately although online they are listed as low, it is too cold and therefore were closed despite it saying they were open online.

18 well designed, thoughtfully themed holes with a pleasant view of the Connecticut River. My experience with the staff has always been good. The price is low too, which sweetens the deal enough to consider a second round!

Sentimental location for me, lots of fun memories playing minigolf here. The course is very well taken care of, and the service is friendly. Free game for an ace on the 18th hole.

A real big revamp since hurricane sandy prices are great, kids 3 and under free, good challenges but not too difficult. Hole in one on 18 is a free game
