I had the opportunity to play here several years ago. The course is is excellent condition, layout is fair but thinky. There are snakes out there. I shot 84 and was pretty happy with the experience as I played a set of tees one too far back. One oddity - don't expect a lot of holes with ocean views. You are right next to the ocean but won't have sweeping ocean views on many holes. You see more sand than anything, at least I did.

Course was in good shape for early season. Always beautiful and fun to see the big gators and ospreys. Back nine is tough when the wind blows which it does on most days. Staff is friendly. Service and food in clubhouse grill is great. Enjoyable place to sit and watch golfers come up 18th fairway. Views are elite.

Wow, is all I have to say about this place. We had lunch here. The food was great, but I have to say the view was fantastic. We sat outside, we watched some of the golfers finish their game. Service was excellent. Pro shop was very nice, lots to choose from as far as clothes, and other items

I wouldn't play the ocean course again if a gun was held to my head. The wind makes the back nine unplayable in my opinion. Course was in great shape, the caddies do an amazing job but I absolutely hated it.

Great experience playing the Ocean Course. Obviously the course is top notch, currently rated #3 public in the country. Conditions amazing and good strong design. Low country doesn’t lead to many options for elevation change but good rolling fairways and green complexes. Service was great, even for the price. Mark was our caddy and couldn’t have been better. Expensive bucket list day but a terrific experience.
