I had awful service with Gold Carts of Chattanooga. I rented two golf carts, a six passenger and a four passenger to transport wedding guest and the wedding party from the parking area to the ceremony site. While moving some of the wedding party after having pictures made the six passenger cart caught fire. I was able to put the fire out but we were unable to use it anymore. On Monday after the Saturday ceremony I called the dealer and was told I would br reimbursed and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Well after six weeks and several phone calls I have received two checks. The first for $65, the second for $17.50. The golf cart cost $165 plus tax to rent and I had to pay for delivery. I went up there today to try and resolve the issue. The man practically ignored me when I entered the business, he was looking at a truck on the internet, he didn't turn toward me until he got more obnoxious and informed me I had used the golf cart some and he was unwilling to do any more. As I left the building, realizing I was getting nowhere I heard him say I wish I hadn't given you that. I don't know how people that are in business and treat customers like this can stay in business! I would never recommend them.
