Went to buy my daughter a pair of roller blades for Christmas, They were not exactly easy to locate so we asked an employee for help. To which they vaguely pointed into a corner of the store while walking away. We were able to find them near the vicinity that they were pointing. I then we had a question about the way that they were sized, they were sized for multiple sizes. And we have not bought rollerblades ever before, so we did not understand this and so I asked for a little explanation and got nothing in return. For customer service overpriced items (found identical ones at another sporting goods store for a lot less). Won't be returning.

When Big 5 doesn't have it or I need more of a specialty or name brand item, Dick's is the place. They usually have some pretty good sales. This is definitely the place to go if you are serious about the sport or activity and want the best.

Well organized store with a good selection. I was looking for a racquetball racquet for my husband and was able to find a very nice one on sale. My husband was very happy with it. I also like that they have a price match system!

Good prices, pretty competent service, you get hunting and fishing licenses and anything else you need for the great outdoors. Plus they are right next to big 5 and Cabela's, will price match and give military discount. Find a cheap something on sale then go price match it. Plenty of parking too, just be careful of nuts drivers.

A little expensive for my liking, but also seem to have good products.
