Several friends and myself attended the Rocky Mountain Masquerade Ball in Denver and truly had a blast. Very well organized and planned. What we liked most was it wasn't about speeches and lectures, but more about having a fun night out for a great cause. Definitely one of the best charity events in Colorado!

As an employee of CPR Choice Denver I attended the Jayden DeLuca Foundation’s Rocky Mountain Masquerade Ball this weekend. I was so impressed with all of the donations made to raise money for Children’s Hospital Colorado. It was an amazing live and silent auction where it seemed every individual donated to the cause the foundation has set out to award. The touching stories of different children afflicted with illness were spread throughout the room to render a vivid idea of how our donations shape the healthcare of the children and blesses the families. The stoic parents shared their story of sweet Jayden and how their experience helped them pursue this dream that affects so many children with heart disease in need of treatment. I loved everything I learned about the foundation and plan to continue to support their endeavors!

Attending the 2018 Jayden DeLuca Foundation Masquerade Ball for me was simply wonderful, fun, and AWESOME... I was doing two (2) important things in attending and thoroughly enjoying this event, in the paying back sense: one, extending my eternal gratitude to the St. Luke's Children's Hospital here in my hometown of Boise, for being so good to me and my family when I was a little girl with many bad respiratory issues... Turns out that I only had very bad allergies instead of asthma (as they'd originally thought). Secondly, I was memorializing my long-deceased identical twin sister who passed away when we were 3 days old, of an enlarged heart. RIP to Allison Marie Harris (10/21-10/24/1972, St. Luke's Hospital, Boise ID USA). Rest assured that you will be hearing much more from me, concerning this wonderful and worthy cause!!! ♡

The team of volunteers at JDF do a terrific job raising funds to help families touched by pediatric heart conditions. The annual Masquerade Ball is THE must-attend charity ball in Boise. The golf tournament is always a blast, with a lot of great swag for the players.

We are grateful for all the work the JDF does to raise funds for both our local hospital and for life-saving research for children with severe congenital heart defects like our daughter. CHD research is severely under-funded and the work of the JDF is important for the 1 in 100 children who will be born affected.
