Customer service was Horrible. We made it to the FIRST green and the Ranger was already getting on us for being too slow. First words out of his mouth were "Is there a problem here?" Completely rude. We are seasoned golfers and we were playing a normal pace. At hole 7, he again returned and became verbally confrontational. We all became very angry. He kept yelling "2 Hour 14 Minute pace!" We had let another group play through that had only 3 golfers, so we were 5 minutes off pace. I've golfed for 30 years and have NEVER been treated so poorly by a ranger. My foursome will not play this course ever again. Judging by other reviews, this is a normal occurrence. The picture attached is of the Ranger I'm talking about.

Going to play at River Bend Golf Club, 5900 IL-53, Lisle, IL 60532 is always a good time for all in the group. They do a spectacular job with a 9 hole course in Lisle just minutes from I-88 & I-355 toll roads. There are bicycles, pull behinds & golf carts available for rent on the course. Great pro shop to outfit yourself with River Bend Golf Club golf shirts, windbreakers, bag tags and other items to mark your visit here. Always fun and you'll be happy you went!

Nice course but god forbid you try to enjoy a game of golf, we got harassed by the ranger to the point where I asked for a rain check to come another day but they couldn't do that either(were new golfers) because we weren't moving fast enough for the ranger and told it's not a learning course(really I wish they would have told me that before I paid them the sixty something dollars). Again course lousy staff.
