This was the single most horrible golfing experience I have had in my entire life. The thing is, it was not the course that was the problem, it was the customer service. Granted - my girlfriend and I were out on a very busy fathers day Sunday (06/15/2014). We got a 20 minute late start on the Tee Time - by the time we made it to the 4th hole we had been playing for 2 hours. We decided to call it quits. We made our way to the club house to finish up before we left. An employee asked how we did. We explained it to him. We asked for a rain check since the pace of play was so slow. We pointed out that if we wanted to finish it would have taken almost 5 hours. He denied the rain check - this was fine. It wasn't raining - it was the comments after that were upsetting. I won't even post them. However when we did say "we would not return again" he simply smiled and walked away. The first 4 holes were great - the staff really sucked. Don't even get me started on the refreshments staff -

We are from Naperville and love to go to this course whenever we get the chance. The guys that work there are nice and the course is well kept and easy going.

A bit expensive for 9 holes but always in great shape from tee to green.

Can't beat the price and the roughs are very well maintained.

The fairways were in horrible condition. Too much casual water mud flats, the drainage on the course, especially the fairways was poor. Soft and divot filled greens with difficult pin placements made for a long day of putting. The 9th hole, a short par 4 is a nice way to reward yourself on a other wise below par course.
