I work for a large management company in Indy and we utilize numerous golf carts for all of our properties. I called for service on one day and was told I would get a follow up call on the next business day. Just going off of what I was told I called back and left a voice mail when I didn't get the call. Then I called back the next day b/c no one called back from my voice mail. When I did call and asked if we could schedule service I was told that I would get a call in 3 more business days b/c the schedule is only made on Fridays. I asked why I wasn't followed up with from both of my calls and I was given a rude tone and attitude and told that "if I don't like the answer I got then I could find another company"!!!! WOW! Yea I told the "General Manager" b/c that's who I was speaking to that she definitely should not be a manager b/c I'm only going off of what one of her employees said as to that they would follow up with me. I don't think it's too much to ask for people to actually answer a voice mail or follow up when they say someone will follow up with a call! All I wanted was some communication on their part. She ended the call telling ME that I shouldn't be a Manager!!! Wow! I will make sure that my million dollar properties will not be using this company in the future. I guess they don't need the business! SO VERY SAD!

Great people. They went out of their way to help me with something I'm sure they didn't make much profit on. Not sure but is seems like a family run business. Would recommend to everybody.
