Loved the course. Some of the nicest greens I've played ever

Jul 7, 2017
Always well maintained and lush. $20 (walking) for such a lush course is a small price to pay. *I feel like I need to amend my review after my last three outings here. The course is still as I described it above, but management is lacking. They routinely let fivesomes and sixsomes out on the course, slowing down the pace of play to a crawl, taking two and a half hours to finish the nine holes. These groups do not let anyone play through and most of them are hacks. I have brought this up multiple times to the rangers and pro shop staff and I am met with ambivalence and confused looks. I even pointed out that the group teeing off on hole one, in clear view from the clubhouse, was a fivesome and they still didn't care! "They are regulars." the girl said. Well guess what, you just lost a regular because I'm done coming every week. I'll be at Rolling Meadows if you guys get your act together.
